Atlas creates tasks from conversation:

You: “I need to fix the authentication bug”

Atlas: “I’ve added ‘Fix authentication bug’ to your Today horizon. This looks related to your Auth System project - linked it automatically.”

Atlas captures tasks from multiple sources:

  • Meeting transcripts
  • Chat conversations
  • Email threads
  • Feature requests

Task data extracted:

  • Owner assignment
  • Due date
  • Link to source
  • Priority inference

Atlas groups scattered feature requests into themes:

  • Tracks request count and unique users
  • Trend detection (rising, stable, declining)
  • Demand scoring (0-100)

Workflow:

open → planned → building → shipped → won't do

Complexity estimates: Low, Medium, High
