Build (Atlas)
Atlas is your AI project manager handling tasks, features, and timeline management. Access Build from the sidebar.
Build has two tabs:
- Tasks: Work board with horizon or milestone views + calendar
- Projects: Timeline view with Gantt-style visualization
Tasks Tab
Section titled “Tasks Tab”Time Horizon Board
Section titled “Time Horizon Board”Columns organized by when work is due:
- Today
- This Week
- This Month
- Later
Milestone Board
Section titled “Milestone Board”Alternative view organized by project phases.
Work Calendar
Section titled “Work Calendar”Weekly view with task scheduling. Drag tasks to reschedule.
View Modes
Section titled “View Modes”Toggle between:
- Board: Kanban (Horizon or Milestone)
- Calendar: Weekly schedule
Projects Tab
Section titled “Projects Tab”Timeline View
Section titled “Timeline View”Gantt-style visualization showing:
- Projects with progress bars
- Milestones within projects
- Week or Month granularity
- Document linking
Milestone Utilities
Section titled “Milestone Utilities”When you drag a project:
- Milestones adjust proportionally
- Preview shows before/after
- Changes apply on drop
Task Organization Workflow
Section titled “Task Organization Workflow”- After a meeting, tasks extracted automatically
- Navigate to Build → Tasks
- See tasks in “Captured” column
- Drag task to “Today” column
- Click task → Opens WorkItemDrawer
- Add details, assign to project, set milestone
- View on Calendar tab to schedule
Chat with Atlas
Section titled “Chat with Atlas”Atlas creates tasks from conversation:
You: “I need to fix the authentication bug”
Atlas: “I’ve added ‘Fix authentication bug’ to your Today horizon. This looks related to your Auth System project - linked it automatically.”
AI-Driven Task Creation
Section titled “AI-Driven Task Creation”Atlas captures tasks from multiple sources:
- Meeting transcripts
- Chat conversations
- Email threads
- Feature requests
Task data extracted:
- Owner assignment
- Due date
- Link to source
- Priority inference
Feature Request Clustering
Section titled “Feature Request Clustering”Atlas groups scattered feature requests into themes:
- Tracks request count and unique users
- Trend detection (rising, stable, declining)
- Demand scoring (0-100)
