Sales (Loot)
Loot is your AI sales rep handling leads, pipeline, and outreach automation. Access Sales from the sidebar.
Sales has two tabs:
- Pipeline: Kanban board for managing contacts through stages
- Strategy: Sales strategy, AI learnings, channel analytics
Pipeline Tab
Section titled “Pipeline Tab”Kanban Board
Section titled “Kanban Board”Drag-and-drop contacts through pipeline stages:
New → Engaged → Qualified → Opportunity → Negotiation → Won/LostContact Cards
Section titled “Contact Cards”Each card shows:
- Contact name and company
- Lead temperature (Hot, Warm, Cold)
- AI status badge
- Last interaction
AI Status Badges
Section titled “AI Status Badges”- Auto-handled: Loot replied autonomously
- Draft ready: Needs your approval
- Needs human: Flagged for your attention
- Human-handled: You replied directly
Unified Inbox
Section titled “Unified Inbox”All your DMs from every platform in one place:
- LinkedIn DMs
- Telegram
- Instagram DMs
- Facebook Messenger
Per-conversation intelligence:
- AI summary
- Sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
- Priority flags
- Sequence tracking
Lead Follow-up Workflow
Section titled “Lead Follow-up Workflow”- Loot detects new message, analyzes intent
- Sales intent → Loot handles
- Support intent → Atlas handles
- If hot lead: Shows on Today dashboard
- Navigate to Sales → Pipeline → Filter “Hot Leads”
- Click contact → See Loot’s drafted reply
- Edit if needed, click “Send”
- Lead moves to next pipeline stage
Hot Lead Alerts
Section titled “Hot Lead Alerts”Loot alerts you on WhatsApp when hot leads appear:
Signal detection:
- Pricing questions
- Demo/meeting requests
- Enterprise inquiries
- Timeline/urgency
- Decision maker language
Alerts at urgency 7+ via WhatsApp with:
- Signals detected
- Message preview
- Draft reply
- Action buttons
Auto Follow-Up Sequences
Section titled “Auto Follow-Up Sequences”Leads get automatically followed up if they don’t respond:
- Configurable sequences (3-14 day delays)
- Pauses when lead replies
- DM templates with performance tracking
- Send time windows (e.g., 9am-6pm)
Meeting Intelligence
Section titled “Meeting Intelligence”Meetings automatically recorded, summarized, and followed up:
Via Nylas notetaker:
- Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, WebEx, GoToMeeting
- Transcription with speaker labels
- Recording URL storage
AI analysis:
- Executive summary
- Key points
- Action items with owners
- Decisions made
- Sentiment analysis
Follow-up:
- Auto-generates follow-up email draft
- Creates tasks from action items
- Sends notification with summary
