Sales (Loot)

Loot is your AI sales rep handling leads, pipeline, and outreach automation. Access Sales from the sidebar.

Sales has two tabs:

  • Pipeline: Kanban board for managing contacts through stages
  • Strategy: Sales strategy, AI learnings, channel analytics

Drag-and-drop contacts through pipeline stages:

New → Engaged → Qualified → Opportunity → Negotiation → Won/Lost

Each card shows:

  • Contact name and company
  • Lead temperature (Hot, Warm, Cold)
  • AI status badge
  • Last interaction
  • Auto-handled: Loot replied autonomously
  • Draft ready: Needs your approval
  • Needs human: Flagged for your attention
  • Human-handled: You replied directly

All your DMs from every platform in one place:

  • LinkedIn DMs
  • WhatsApp
  • Telegram
  • Email
  • Instagram DMs
  • Facebook Messenger

Per-conversation intelligence:

  • AI summary
  • Sentiment (positive, neutral, negative)
  • Priority flags
  • Sequence tracking
  1. Loot detects new message, analyzes intent
  2. Sales intent → Loot handles
  3. Support intent → Atlas handles
  4. If hot lead: Shows on Today dashboard
  5. Navigate to Sales → Pipeline → Filter “Hot Leads”
  6. Click contact → See Loot’s drafted reply
  7. Edit if needed, click “Send”
  8. Lead moves to next pipeline stage
