Meeting Scheduler
Kitoro includes a meeting scheduler powered by Nylas. Create public booking pages that let prospects and customers schedule time with you.
Accessing the Scheduler
Section titled “Accessing the Scheduler”Go to Settings → Scheduling to manage your meeting types and booking pages.
Meeting Types
Section titled “Meeting Types”Create different meeting types for different purposes:

| Discovery | Learning about prospect needs |
| Demo | Product demonstration |
| Strategy | Strategic planning sessions |
Meeting Type Settings
Section titled “Meeting Type Settings”For each meeting type, configure:
Duration & Buffers:
- Duration (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes, etc.)
- Buffer before (prep time)
- Buffer after (notes time)
Availability:
- Which calendars to check for conflicts
- Availability rules (days and hours)
- Minimum notice (e.g., 24 hours ahead)
- Maximum future booking (e.g., 60 days out)
Conferencing:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
Booking Form:
- Collect phone number
- Collect notes/questions
- Custom fields
Public Booking Pages
Section titled “Public Booking Pages”Each meeting type gets a public URL:

What You Get
Section titled “What You Get”- Calendar event created automatically

Branding
Section titled “Branding”Customize the look of your booking pages:
- Logo: Upload your company logo
- Color: Match your brand color
- Button Style: Rounded, pill, or square
Branding applies to all your meeting types.
Integration with Sales
Section titled “Integration with Sales”When a prospect books:
- Event appears on your calendar
- Contact created or updated in CRM
- Loot prepares meeting brief:
- Prospect’s recent activity
- Company information
- Suggested talking points
- After meeting, tasks extracted by Forge
- Follow-up drafted by Loot
Copying Your Booking Link
Section titled “Copying Your Booking Link”From Settings → Scheduling:
- Find the meeting type
- Click the link icon
- Link copied to clipboard
