Meeting Scheduler

Kitoro includes a meeting scheduler powered by Nylas. Create public booking pages that let prospects and customers schedule time with you.

Go to Settings → Scheduling to manage your meeting types and booking pages.

Create different meeting types for different purposes:

For each meeting type, configure:

Duration & Buffers:

  • Duration (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes, etc.)
  • Buffer before (prep time)
  • Buffer after (notes time)

Availability:

  • Which calendars to check for conflicts
  • Availability rules (days and hours)
  • Minimum notice (e.g., 24 hours ahead)
  • Maximum future booking (e.g., 60 days out)

Conferencing:

  • Zoom
  • Google Meet
  • Microsoft Teams

Booking Form:

  • Collect phone number
  • Collect notes/questions
  • Custom fields

Each meeting type gets a public URL:

  1. Your branding (logo, colors)
  2. Available time slots
  3. Booking form
  4. Confirmation
  • Calendar event created automatically
  • Confirmation email sent
  • Contact created in CRM (if new)
  • Meeting brief prepared by Loot

Customize the look of your booking pages:

  • Logo: Upload your company logo
  • Color: Match your brand color
  • Button Style: Rounded, pill, or square

Branding applies to all your meeting types.

When a prospect books:

  1. Event appears on your calendar
  2. Contact created or updated in CRM
  3. Loot prepares meeting brief:
    • Prospect’s recent activity
    • Company information
    • Suggested talking points
  4. After meeting, tasks extracted by Forge
  5. Follow-up drafted by Loot

From Settings → Scheduling:

  1. Find the meeting type
  2. Click the link icon
  3. Link copied to clipboard

Share in:

  • Email signatures
  • LinkedIn profile
  • Website
  • Social bios
