Kitoro syncs your files from cloud storage providers automatically.

Supported Providers

Folder watching:

• Select specific folders to sync
• Only watched folders are synced

Automatic sync:

• 15-minute sync cron job
• New files detected automatically
• Changes propagate to Kitoro

Deduplication:

• SHA-256 hash computed for each file
• Exact duplicates are blocked
• Existing asset shown instead

AI analysis:

• New files are analyzed automatically
• Text extracted from documents
• Use case classification (sales vs support)
• Summary and topic keywords generated

Connection Setup

Google Drive

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Connect Google Drive
3. Authorize Kitoro access
4. Select folders to watch

Dropbox

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Connect Dropbox
3. Authorize Kitoro access
4. Select folders to watch

OneDrive

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Connect OneDrive
3. Authorize Kitoro access
4. Select folders to watch

Managing Watched Folders

After connecting:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > [Provider]
2. Click Manage Folders
3. Check/uncheck folders to watch
4. Changes take effect on next sync (within 15 minutes)
