Kitoro uses Unipile to integrate with WhatsApp and Telegram, enabling conversational management.

Connection Setup
Section titled “Connection Setup”- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click Connect WhatsApp or Connect Telegram
- Follow the authorization flow
- Kitoro will confirm connection with a test message
