Connection Setup

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Connect next to each platform
3. Authorize Kitoro to publish on your behalf

How It Works

When Buzz drafts a post:

1. You approve it in the app or via WhatsApp (“yes” / “approve”)
2. Kitoro schedules it with Late
3. Late publishes at the scheduled time
4. Webhook confirms successful publish
5. Platform-specific URL is stored for tracking

Comment Monitoring

After posts go live, Kitoro monitors comments:

1. Fetches comments from your recent posts
2. Classifies each comment by type and intent
3. Scores leads (0-100) based on buying signals
4. Drafts replies in your voice
5. Creates CRM contacts for high-scoring leads

Automation:

• High-confidence replies (90%+) can auto-send
• Up to 10 auto-responses per run
• Manual review for lower-confidence cases
