Connect your accounts in Settings > Integrations to enable:

Email & Calendar
Section titled “Email & Calendar”Kitoro uses Nylas for email and calendar integration.
Supported providers:
- Gmail
- Outlook
What this enables:
- Email sync for sales conversations
- Calendar integration for meetings
- Automatic meeting recording with AI notetaker
- Meeting follow-up emails
Connect in Settings > Integrations > Email & Calendar.
Cloud Storage
Section titled “Cloud Storage”Sync your sales materials and media assets automatically.
Supported providers:
- Google Drive
- Dropbox
- OneDrive
Features:
- Watch specific folders for changes
- Automatic sync every 15 minutes
- Deduplication by file hash
- AI analyzes new files automatically
Messaging
Section titled “Messaging”Connect WhatsApp or Telegram to manage Kitoro conversationally.
What this enables:
- Daily briefing notifications
- Hot lead alerts
- Approve posts by replying “yes”
- Send content ideas for AI drafting
